She was an aviary bird but has recently come inside and is super friendly but a little jumpy
Anyway just now she got a fright and flew into the toilet bowl (there was stuff)
Should I bathe her or something?? shes never been keen on bathing in a bowl herself or sitting under some spray.
I know I'm not supposed to use soap on my birds but I was just wondering if this case was extreme enough??
I gave her a quick rinse in the basin but i had to take her out because she just looked so miserable.

Oh ick!

think I would buy a new bird rather than clean one - just kidding!!!

Dont wash your bird. A rinse should be fine. Make sure you give it a mist bath every morning for the next week or so to encourage preening. You don't want any bacterial growth to set in.

I gave her a rinse much to her disagreement and then sat her in front of the heater with me since its night time and winter
