One of my cockerel have black spots on his comb, please tell me what should i do?

It would help to be able to see close ups of the comb itself, but it looks like he got a touch of frostbite.

Do a search here on BYC, keyword "frostbite" and it should bring up lots of info. on treatment.

The comb does look like frostbite to me.

The legs appear normal. Roos will often get red streaks or redness to their legs; hormones.

Note: The roo pictured in that thread has a much worse case than your rooster.
