Hello Everyone!
I'm new here at BYC, but I have used a lot of information from your posts to prepare for my chicks coming in April, thank you!! I am the daughter of 2 farmers who moved to "town" when they got married, so I grew up on 5 acres with a dog and horses and always wished we were instead on my grandpa's 200 acre farm. Needless to say, dorm life wasn't for me...lol I moved off campus as soon as I could. I am a senior in college renting a house on a corner lot with a privacy fenced back yard. I am boarding my leopard appaloosa 20 minutes outside of town, my pit mix Daizee goes everywhere I do, and my 7 chicks will be mailed April 16!!!! (And the seedlings on my dresser are doing very well lol) You can take the girl out of the country....

Thank you!! I actually just cancelled my order because I will be able to get (most of) the chicks I want from Estes hatchery, which is within driving distance and I will have them next Monday!!!
