My coop and run

My dh still needs to add a door, nest boxes, and perches for when the chicks grow up, but I think this will be a great space for them. This was originally designed as an aviary and has most recently been used for storing some of my DH's stuff. The coop is 8x8 and the run/pen is 24' x 12'. I have 12 one day old chicks coming this week and I think this will be a great space for them.

We also need to vent the coop. It does have a window, but I think it will need more then just that. What is the best place to add ventilation? Near the top?
