my coop concerns

I built my coop two years ago and am planning to expand soon. But right now I have 34 chickens of all sizes and I'm worried a 2 foot wide by 4 foot long won't be good for this winter and I'm worried the run is to small what do you guys think

Sounds way too small to me. Unless 2'x 4' is a typo.
