Hmmmmn.... Not sure how you are planning to clean inside. Hopefully you have a side door to swing open for cleaning since you will get pretty tired of crawling in through that front opening. I would make plywood enclosures for the nest boxes so the birds don't roost on the edges and poo in the nests. Of course nest box access door would be too high then. You could collect eggs from the right side access door if the coop is not too wide. You can then add a roost bar or two at the back end from the top of the nest box enclosure. An access door near the roost bar would be best since that is where most of the waste will be. Not sure of your ventilation but you will want a way to have air movement out up high without drafts. I would add a few sheet of plywood, bead board, or scrap panels over a portion of the run. This will give them shade. Hope this helps!
