My coop/tractor project (Pic Heavy)

So, I started building my new coop/tractor thing and I wanted to share my progress! This is the second one I have made and I'm really proud of myself with what I have so far! I started building on Monday, so these pics show progress over the last few days.
Started on the run:

I found these dog kennel panels in the dumpster at PetSmart...It's amazing what good stuff they throw out!

Door cut out and vents installed:

Roof finished!

This side will get a window and pop door. It will be attached to the run.

The opposite side will get a window with an "awning" over it to keep the rain out. The weather has been hot or rainy, so It's a slow process, but I'm taking my time so I don't screw it up, LOL!
Coop and run as it sits now, until I can get back to work on it:

This is what I got done today:
I cut out for the doors and windows, painted the inside with 2 coats of good exterior paint that my neighbor was kind enough to give me (a whole 5 gallons of it!)
Painted a bit o the outside, got the pop door in with no problems...I had expected this to me a nightmare.....Now just have to finish the screening, add the big door and add roosts and nesting boxes and I'll be done!!

Sooo....what ya'll think???

Oh, I forgot to add that I wont be keeping all of those chicks, this coop/tractor is being built to house just 6 bantams. I split the order with someone and she will be picking up the rest soon.

More progress today.
Got the nest box in:

Roost and pop door from the inside (pop door still needs paint on the inside):

Still have a bit of work to do, but should be ready for them to go in tomorrow!
