Wow you guys.....thanks! so be bold and do turquoise on the back or more subtle with greyish or small print black & white.........love the ideas, any other ideas? Maybe something REALLY DIFFERENT!

maybe something pearly toned......hmmmm no blood red though.

I get the feeling you are a little unsure of your most wonderful Twilight/Night Sky quilt and believe me, your daughter is going to LOVE it...I'd go (for your sake and hers) for the opposite on the back...use a nice flannel that portrays sunshine/daylight so its easily reversible for mood swings

OH, OH!!! Even if its not flannel and is a cotton print!!! Can you find Roosters Crowing for Morning??? Wouldn't that be perfect?

That is beautiful!!!! It makes me think of a turquoise gemstone. I think I might use a turquoise batik on the back.

Verthandi..I was thinking the same!!..I think I would do a "blended" turquoise batik on the back..my second choice would be a tiny star print..but not sure you would ever find it in black/soft black!!

I really love the use of black with jewel tones. It does remind me of the night sky in summer. Very pretty!
