My DD ate my eggs that I was setting!!!!

My DD only understands MONEY - - -

So, I would tell your daughter how much they would of sold as hatching eggs and tell her you are going to deduct the cost from her allowance!

She won't make that mistake again!

Great lesson. It almost sounded like she did it because the friend was there. Eating regular sized eggs or cute little eggs. Being a parent of a teenager myself we all know there was no question everyone in your house knew those eggs were off limits. You handled this great! Sorry and good luck with your remaining eggs.

Ok, but you put your eggs for hatching in the fridge? I thought we weren't supposed to do that? Everyone here knows that if eggs are on the counter hands off! But in the fridge, you can eat them.

You need a picture! Tape a picture of eggs nesting, and write NURSERY on a big card in front of your babies.

Now your daughter knows, who will not know next time?
