My Deer Tail =)

Hey here's my Deer Tail

About 6 months ago my dad and brothers process a deer my dad friend had hit ( deer ran out in the road )

well i already have 4 deer feet and i always wanted a tail so i got it from this deer that they process

Once they cut the tail off i took the fleshy end of the tail where the meat and bone is and i covered it in salt and left it out side on a table ( make sure rain doesn't get on it )

once a week i would change the old salt and re-cover in new salt
i have been doing this to the tail for about 6 months now and it's all done

now all i have to do is clean the salt off the fur ...but here it is

see how the flesh has all dried out

I'm thinkin with the tail and 4 deer feet all you would need is a body and a head. then you can stitch it together and make a frankendeer. You will need a lot of electricity to make it come to life but I have faith in you.

Cool. Kind of gross but very cool. I once paid 10 bucks cause my daughter just had to have a racoons tail.

Reminds me... I have a squirrel tail in my garage, been sitting there in salt for about 4 months now.
