My DH is crazy!

He is on the phone with his daughters and puts a kid's dictionary infront of me and points to the definition of chicken which reads:

CHICKEN
A chicken is a bird. Chickens lay eggs that we eat. A chicken is good to eat.

He's been calling my 3 day old silkies nuggets since they came home.

I just read your comment where you said DH cut you off...... So did mine!!!!!!

Until I convinced him to let me buy two BO's!!!

My soon to be Dh tells me this all the time ........don't worry......make him feed them and they become very attached ! I got 4 ducks this year ( I've had them in the past ) And he keeps saying that he's going to eat them . The trick is to let them feed them for at least 2-3 days out of the week . If their not meant to be grown as food the guys will get very attached to them . ( beware that this might happen with out you knowing !) Soon you'll notice a difference , although very subtle !
