Day 29

Today was fun, yet sad. Malibu came home from watching the little human, and she was crying. Apparently the little human hit Malibu with a metal steth... stetho... stethoscope? I think that's it. But, we picked raspberries and I ate some. I will show you all a raspberry eating video soon. I am so cute. I also made raspberry jam for chickens (Malibu note: Actually, she helped me... but in her mind, I guess it's different...) I call it 'Ella's Summer Raspberry Jam for Chickens'. Here is the recipe (Malibu put it in human form, and she mashed the raspberry stuff with a rock and mixed with a stick):


Ella's Summer Raspberry Jam for Chickens

2 handful raspberries
1 handful dirt or grit
1 blade of grass (finely chopped)


Take the little raspberry balls off of the raspberry. Mash them up, and add a handful of dirt or grit. Mash together, mix well. Add chopped grass. Mix well. Put in hand and give to chickens.
