The past few days have been kind of boring. We have decided to split this diary in two; Mir will do an entry, and I'll do an entry. So, a few days ago, we ran out of food. I was so hungry. Malibu made this really delicious food out of oatmeal, some scratch, some sun seeds, and some oyster shell. I didn't want to go back to my old feed, but alas, I had to. It was really dissapointing... but when Malibu came home from the feed store, she came home with 'sand' too. She put some in the big girls' coop and some in ours... at first I did NOT like it. I walked kinda funny until I got used to it. Then something burrowed under our coop. There was this hole, and this C shaped tunnel looking thing, then another hole where whatever it was got out. We have chicken wire under the coop, so we're safe. It was quite scary to hear in the middle of the night though! Malibu now brings me into the garden while she picks sun seeds and feeds them to me. I LOVE them! I'm definately hoping to get more soon. And more oatmeal.

Hai! So this is my diary. I'm pretty excited that Ella finally said I'm old enough to have my own. So... There's this really cool seed called a 'sun seed' that tastes SO yummy! I love it. It's all crunchy and tastes like... sun seeds. We also have sand in the coop. I like to sand bathe in it and get all dirty. My beard is getting fluffier! I'm so excited. I learned what it means when Malibu says 'Want some food in your feeder?" It means she's gonna feed me! YAY! So I look at her with my head tilted to the side and she says I'm cute. She also calls Ella a Fluffy Foot. It's so funny! Ella's my sister and I love her but Malibu loves me more. I know it. Ella gets all sad when I tell her though. So I no longer rub it in, I just stare cutely at people and they go 'D'aww!" and I smile. Something got under the coop and burrowed there and then left. It was scary but Malibu filled in the hole.
