I have 5 week old chicks that I hatched and just adore, when I opened the top of their coop I did not notice one of them fly out. Well my mastiff bit it's butt and punctured its air sac. The bleeding stopped. I have it in a create comfortable. But there really is noting more I can do. What do you think it's odds of survival are? I don't want to check in on it too often bc she freaks out and flys up banging into the top of the crate. Have you ever had an incident like this happen? What was your outcome? TIA Koren
