My dog can unlock a dead-bolted door.......

Yep, I BELIEVE IT !!!

Ha-Ha !!!

The SAME Boxer that "charged the hamburger" had a leather strap attached to the bottom of our screen-door (at the Business---which was ALSO our Home). Dad attached it for him. He would swing the door open and HURRY RUN inside...but the screen door always hit him in the behind! Ha-Ha !!

My present Boxer, Crockett, (when he gets hungry) will grab up his rubberized food-dish in his mouth and drop it near me. Then he will back up a step or two, sit down, and BARK. FEED ME !!! He's a pickle.

P.S. When I'm not feeling well...."Crockett" will come and lay his head on me and look up with his eyes as if to say..."Are you O.K. ?" IF he thinks I'm O.K. he will growl and softly bark as though he is teasing and wanting to play...but actually...he is just trying to improve my attitude. SMART, SMART,SMART !!!

I've got asthma, and every time I cough the dog runs over, stands there and stares at me, decides I'm ok, and walks away.

One of my daughters had/has asthma. When she was young, one of my Uncles said that I should get her a chihuahua dog to sleep with her. It would cure the asthma. (old wive's tale)

I dislike Chihuahua dogs. But we had a very smart Boston Terrier named "Buddy". I told Buddy to sleep with my daughter...which he faithfully did. When she would have an asthma attack at night, Buddy would come wake me up and I would take my daughter to the Garage (attached) and give her oxygen from my welding outfit. It worked very well.
(Certainly "unorthodox"...but also very functional.)

jasper my male crestie is highly interested in yawns...hell try and stick his nose in your mouth to see whats in there lol, and if you sneeze he gives you this supprised look and barks.

My GSD will wag his tail in his sleep. I guess it must be a good dream because there's no whining or barking associated with a lot of dog dreams. He'll just be sleeping soundly, we'll hear a *thump thump* and he'll be wagging his tail slowly. He he its so cute!!

We have to have the window locks on in the trucks or my lab will roll the windows down so she can stick her head out. It dosen't matter what time of year (live in Michigan) if it's not locked it's coming down

P.S. I have that same type of Power Windows in my Ford Explorer. THANKS for the info...my Boxer, Crockett, hasn't tried THAT yet. Maybe I'll start locking the windows before he figures that out !!!
