No. She is too old for that! I have 2 dogs, it was the other one. Something about the smell of pizza set them off!

A pro with bite wounds--I have 7 dogs and one is a fighter(got smart and manage him much better) the last fight I had 21 puncture wounds. I did have antibiotics on hand and I did take them for 3 days to make sure, because there were so many bites. The throbbing was the worse and trying to keep it covered or uncovered during the day and night. Dog bites are not as bad as cat bites, those can be really bad. Peroxide is out, you can clean it one time but after that it can kill the good stuff needed to heal. What I found that works best is colloidial silver and vetercyn. My wounds always heal nicely when I rotate those two things. They can be used on the dog too as long as the puncture is not super deep. Oddly, I always end up with the wounds and the dogs never have any. In the back of my head I feel that taking them to the vet would cost an arm and a leg, I got insurance for myself. Not the greatest thinking, but so far I heal up nice and they stay away from the vet.
