My dog is nice

My dog is nice. He doesn't steal, I can leave a rack of beef jerky out and he will not steal one piece. Also he would not attack a chicken, even if it was pecking his lips.

His name is Duke, and the chicken is Splendor.

Lucky you! My (husbands) dogs are fenced out of the chicken yard, they will and have killed. They are well behaved in most ways; stay off furniture, won't go out or come in a gate or door without permission, & love children. They can't be trusted with chickens or my kitten though, so you ARE very LUCKY. He is beautiful too.

Aww, sweet! What a good boy! I use to have my chickens in my backyard, and my three dogs would leave them alone. But, now I have too many hawks hanging around the house, and the chickens have to stay in their pens. I miss watching them run around the backyard.

My dog is allowed on furniture, and bed. Even if we dog sit his friend "Gus" Gus can be on the bed etc. Gus as sweet as he is is not as trusting with chickens and jerky. Gus has the pointed ears.

Gus is cute, we get him for Christmas.

GOOD BOY!

Mine are nice.....in their own ways.

Food NEVER safe unattended here.

Chickens also = food.

Good thing we have strong fences.

Gus looks like he's a lot of fun. Duke looks like he has a good soul and full of love. Our dogs don't sleep on the bed, but sometimes my big dog will jump up and snuggle with me, especially in the morning.

Our dog (Munchkin) - fine. Our older kitty - (Mutt) - Definitely not.

My dog always ends up on my bed, and who ever sleeps in he will sleep in also, and what ever direction my feet leave the bed is the side his feet will leave also.
