My drake has discovered his reflection! *pics*

I was sitting outside with my dad when Chester (my scovie drake) came up to greet us. Along the way he passed the car, and ya know the shiny bumper part at the front? well he noticed that and as soon as he saw his reflection he started gettin really excited! he started panting flat out and wagging his tail so fast.

we just left him, thinking he'd get bored, but he sat there for about 10 mins panting at his reflection.
In the end i picked him up and carried him away but he'd keep coming back

my broody duck ended up jumping off her nest to go for a walk so I picked him up and put him with her but he just led her back to the car!!
Lol she looked soo funny (as u can imagen watching ur hubby get excited over his reflection)
haha i dont know what to do about Chester and his reflection now lol!

Reminds me of when my daughter saw her image on the side of the car.... Because of the shape it turned her into a 500 pound miget with such long arms and legs. She stood there laughing at herself waving her arms and legs aound for half and hour..... It was funny at the time...but now comparing it to the duck ??? my daughter is a little strange, and your drake sounds gorgeous.

Maybe you could get him a mirror and put it at a good ducky height. It could provide hours of fun for Chester.

Yeah i should get him a mirror so he isnt so lonely while Charlotte incubates her eggs haha I wonder if he will seek out his reflection tomorrow when I let him out

hahaha i have bedroom duckies and my closet door is a mirror and my drake talks to himself often. he's actually laying by the mirror right now.. he's so silly. he does the same thing as yours lol and i often find my little girl staring at herself. she loves herself too much hahaha. he's watching himself fall asleep.

hahaha that they are. he thinks everything is his too. if i walk in with something he wants it and tries to get it or beggs till i give him some. or he just takes things. little brat lol. i'd love to see pics!!!!!!
