My drake is brooding the eggs

Is this normal? My drake has been caring for the eggs for a few weeks now. His overall behavior has changed with new sounds and neck movements. There is also a ridge of missing feathers across his head.

What breed are you talking about? I've not heard of this before where the drake is brooding eggs.
