My duck can't walk

This is my baby. July Le it seems that she keeps tripping over her feed so she is not able to walk how can I help her I do not think it's splay leg though.

Thank you I have for but this is the first time having them this little I should also say my mom pulled part of her shell off when she was hatching not sure if that could be part of the problem.
