My duck drank bleach water! What to do?!

Hi i have a indian runner duck that accidentally drank some bleach water 3 days ago that someone had left out in my yard... and i noticed today his feathers were scattering EVERYWHERE around the yard... And i thought maybe he was just starting to molt but i picked hin up and it looks so much worse than a molt to me... His feathers are looking as if something has ripped them off his body or they are breaking they are very pink in color also almost like a light bloody color. He is running around like hes okay but im concerned about him getting to that bleach water... Pleasde if anyone can tell me something that might help id appreciate it so much!!

I would probably get your duck some sav-a-chick probiotic, or something similar, to help replace any useful gut bacteria the bleach may have killed off.

Sounds not good. Maybe he spread it out over his feathers, it is a bit late now, but I should wash him very good with fresh water. Maybe you can call a vet for advise, to give him some medication?

Is a vet an option?
The advice here is usually brilliant, but ultimately we aren't vets.

I'd at least call a vet for advice. Do you know how much bleach was in the water he drank? Could something actually have caught him and ripped out his feathers? We have recipes for flushing toxins I'd just be hesitant to give him one before you talked with a vet.
Can you post some pictures of how he looks? Is he eating and drinking?
