Congrats.
It could take up to 48 hours before it is completely out of the shell. They usually rest for a long time after pipping. At this point the duckling is still absorbing the yolk so don't be in a hurry to help it out.

No need to worry,it is still absorbing the yolk.They can take up to 2 days to hatch after pipping.
