Hold it until the bleeding completely stops, she or he may be figget but you don't want him to loose to much blood and from two pics I see he's already lost some...

Keep some more pressure on it.. Help him shrink that up in him.. Not to much just kind of hold your finger right there in that spot, give it about 5 minutes or so..
