My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

So humidity at 50 is too much for out the starting gates?

At that humidity, I would have probably suggested misting them per day it seems to help with evaporating some of the moisture inside, to avoid sticky babies..

Poor you

My little one that had broken his vein didn't make it

With all the palaver with Preemie, he kind of got put on the back burner, and when I checked him this afternoon there was no tapping or cheeping. I eggtopsied him, and he was perfect

He just couldn't break through and ran out of air. I feel so guilty

Preemie is still with us

I'm not getting my hopes up though (or trying not to anyway!).

@Lacrystol I gave him some sugar water today, is that ok? His yolk sac doesn't look to be going down though?

Broke vein? Did I miss that one??

OK don't give him anything right now, Can you send me a pic, doesn't have to be totally inside the shell, just semi, I need to see the veins/

So I put them in on the 31st, so off the turner on the 24th? No more opening on the 25th? Humidity should be at? Any other tips? Anything else I should know?

What kind of Ducks??

Mutts. Khaki, mallard, Peking, call, Swedish. But all my babies (even the lost ones) were black looking. Not a single one was yellow had yellow like baby mallards some of em did.

Hi!!!! Yes, he's still with us! His yolk still doesn't look to have gone down at all

Still moving and chirping. Will try and get a new pic, but it's hard because I'm on my own tonight. The bottom half of his shell is still on, in fact it's pretty much welded on by the membrane

Should I try to remove it? I left it there because it looks like it's protecting the yolk sac.
