My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

Another question: Pip, my first ever hatched, incredibly beautiful new duckling is still in the incubator drying... He keeps running into the other eggs and making them roll... Should I do anything about this?

Yes some of them are and some are not

That looks like me Kathy! Lol. I'm still waiting on more.. I moved Pip and his friend to the box I set up as a temp brooder. (My regular brooder is full of bantam chicks right now. One of which has a crooked jaw) they must be mutts, my babies... They don't look like and one of my breeds. I have one egg in there his little bill is out of the egg but that's about as far as he got so far.
