Vetericyn &/or rooster booster wound spray
Antibiotic ointment - NOT pain free
Maybe some hoof or vet wrap. Although I doubt you want to use it for this. It’s just for your first aid kit stash.
Cornstarch, but for smaller wounds

He needs to go to Tractor Supply and get chlorhexidine and some syringes so you can flush the wound. DO NOT USe peroxide!

Ok, that is worse than I thought it was, I wish I could help walk you through it but the best I can do is a list... 1 don't panic. I know it's hard. But if you panic it will stress out your duck, and stress will make it worse. 2 fill up the bath tub with warm slightly soapy water, NOT HOT WATER, just warm. It will be a lot better for your duck in the water. If will not hurt as much once your duck In in the water. 3 put ointment, aloe vera, or coconut oil on it. 4 wrap her up in a towel and let your duck rest (in a dark area).

Peroxide will eat away at soft tissue so you shouldn't use it on open wounds
