Until you can get neosporin or anything else to put on it, I'd say flush every few hours. Better to keep doing what you're doing than take too many chances when the wound is so fresh. Awesome job on cleaning it and caring for him!

The Terramycin (middle tube) will work for now, once the wound is clean and patted dry.

It will not last long though. You will need to get some antibiotic ointment to use once that is gone. I would imagine this wound will use up that entire tube.

Do not use the Triamcinolone.

An aloe Vera plant in the house? Cut it open and do the same with the juice you get out

The top and bottom have steroids, do not use them. The middle one might be okay, but there is not very much in it. Can you go to Walmart?

Do you have any farm store anywhere by you? Flushing is amazing but imo it looks like infection is setting in(not your fault in case you had a glimmering thought of that) are there any farm stores or anywhere you could get antibiotics?

You want the equivalent of plain Neosporin. The dollar store should have their brand right beside the name brand stuff. Make sure it DOES NOT contain pain reliever. Get a few tubes. You will be applying A LOT at a time.
