We're not a country that has winter season and when I just went to them and let them outside I saw him/her bobbing his head up and down and the duckling has some liquid thing in his nostrils. Any tips to what I can do?

Show a pic. The head bobbing is normal for a duck. Mucous from nostrils OK if not black. Offer a shallow big pan of lukewarm clean water. Ducks often get junk in their sinus, usually not respiratory cold unless wheezing.

It's not black and it looks clear though. But the duckling makes this sound like someone sneezing but a bit silent

Hi Charles, how old is the duckling? Is it the one that ate the cigarette butt?
I think it's only 1 week and 1 day old. The one that ate a cigarette butt is ok and this time it's another duckling. By the way thanks for telling how to get the mucus out of him/her. The duckling is now really not having those mucus in his nostrils.

@Charles023 are you keeping your ducklings in a brooder with a heat source? at 1week old they need to be kept warm at around 80*

The only thing in this article I don't agree with is temp. 95 for ducklings isn't necessary at 1 week old 80 is fine as long as there isn't a draft in their brooder area. then you drop the temp back 5* each week until they are at normal room temp. By then they should be fully feathered.
:welcome
