my duck has a fold foot

hi i have a 4 month old duck with a fold foot from the upper part of his foot. i took him to dr and after a radiology pic he said it needs an operatin and the duck will die after operation, they said there's no way ,and gave him asprin to be able to walk on his foot preventing other side efects on his joint, but when he tried to put his weight on his foot his fingurs got fold too and now all his fingurs are in a stick togeather shape and he never open them even in the water, i don't trust these vets any more plz help me, i realy want he walk again on his feet. plz help me fast. thank you.
