My duck keeps flipping over and cant stand.

My duck keeps flipping over and cant stand. She is still eating and drinking fine but falls on her back then is not able to get herself back over and cant seem to get herself back over. She also keeps kicking her legs even when sitting normal. They have plenty of niacin so that shouldn't be an issue. I was thinking it is toxoplasmosis. Any ideas or any treatment plans?
