My duck keeps pecking my other ducks feet

Help I don’t believe it is healthy for my creatures to chase each other around and peck eachothers feet My drake keeps coughing and spitting on my other ducks help is this normal

More information is needed. Housing? How many birds, drakes to hens, Location, feeding, water? Things like that. Many drakes can be obnoxious, especially with increasing daylight which triggers hormones.

My ducks live in my yard I have 8
One new drake and 7 ducks
They drink out of the lake and they eat scrapes
I love them very much it makes me sad to see them argue with each other

Is it the new drake that's 'coughing'?
Did the problems start when the new drake was added?

He’s a new drake his name is quakers he coughs and goo comes out of his mouth the problems began to arise when I put him in with my original poultry I thought they could get egg bound and I’m not allowed to enter the property for the vets because they won’t let me

Sounds like he may be sick. Coughing and spitting up something isn’t normal. Can you post a pic of your duck along with what he is spitting up or a video ( put on Vimeo or you tube and copy and paste here.) Poop pics can help a lot too.

oh my please no I’m crying I don’t want him to be sick I love him dearly and Id do anything for my quakers
Can his illness pass to me ? I’m worring do I have to wear gloves

I don’t think you need to worry about catching anything from him and he may not be sick but from what you explained something is going on. Tell us are you in the USA if not what country and how long have you had quakers? What does he eat and does he have drinking water in a pot bucket etc that he can dunk his whole head into? Scraps may not be giving him or the rest the nutrition they need to be healthy please tell us what scraps your feeding you say they drink out of a lake? Any way you can pen him up so you can better observe him and make sure he is eating drinking and pooping normal?

I agree with @Miss Lydia that if he is coughing, it is not normal. Sometimes they may cough or sneeze due to feed/water in their nose, but if it continues beyond a few minutes (like if you get dust in your nose you might sneeze a few times or cough a bit and be done), especially if it continues a few days, it is a sign that something may be wrong. Don't worry, many respiratory issues in birds can be treated, not always a huge problem. As far as the pecking other ducks' feet, there's lots of pecking and squabbling that can happen when a new duck is added to an existing flock, but they usually work it out in a few days or a few weeks. As long as they aren't actually hurting each other I wouldn't worry about the pecking and biting. Mine like to pull out the occasional feather on the shoulder when squabbling over the food dish, but generally get along just fine.
