My duck looks weak and acting wrong

Hi everyone my 3 weeks old duck is looking and acting wierd after todays bath firstly he make a white/yellow poop with consistency of yogurt. secondly, he didnt want to eat his food at all even drink a water when we went back from garden to house i noticed that he cant reach his oil gland something looks like stop him maybe pain or idk he just sit and put his head on bowl with water and try to sleep while yesterday he was full of energy duck. can someone know what i should do?

much better it was a virus or some kind of bacteria i had been visited vet and he prescirbed antibiotics for him he much better now but still not same happy energy duck as ealier

I would highly recommended probiotics since he was on antibiotics. The antibiotics kill off both the good and bad bacteria which is probably why your duck still isn't very energetic.
