While i was chicago, it snowed a ton, then it all melted during a rainstorm... my father's backyard flooded a bit and made a temporary pond, which my ducks throughly enjoyed.... i took some good pics:
Here they are a-runnin up the drive way to the back, they were so excited:
It was so windy, here you can see their feathers getting all ruffled from the wind:
Just as we were running to the puddle, a huge eagle/hawk/nasty looking bird flew over head, and the ducks immediately ran under us... Here's mingmei under my feet:
and victor stood by his pops:
Once we were sure the hawk left, we headed over the melting snow piles:
And made our way to the puddle, or pond should i say...
