It only hatched about 9 hours ago and it got like fluid coming out of it nostrils. What should I do??

Ducklings can often have a bit of water come back out their nostrils when drinking- so I just wanted to at least rule that out.
It could be a bit of fluid in the lungs- either from when it starting breathing- or even from the high humidity in the incubator. Other than wiping it away to ensure the nostrils dont clog up- I dont know of anything you can really do for it.
