My duckling threw up his crumble - Is this normal?

My duckling, around 5 weeks of age, threw up his crumble, while I held him. I made sure that I wasn't squeezing him, and I thought maybe it was the combination of water and indigested crumble, but that doesn't sound right. It's been a few days, and it hasn't happened again, so it was probably nothing. Still, does anyone here know what may have happened?

Seeing as it happened when you held him and (I assume) there's no other symptoms, likely just the position/stress of getting held.
