MY DUCKLING WONT STOP VOMITING!!!!

Thanks :)
Not sure I can help though. :(
he hasn't eaten anything since about 1 but has been throwing up several times an hour since then. We've been giving him rooster booster & b12.

A week ago yesterday he hatched, along with 13 other healthy ducklings 10 hours later when I went out in the morning I found him alone outside the duck house upside down laying on his neck extremely cold.

Noticed he was a little slow/different. At first when he would take a drink he would fling his head all the way to his back and lose his balance and do back flips essentially. We had to feed him and water him by hand the first few days. Gave him B Vit and rooster booster.

Weeeelllll....
If this was a chick:D I would check his crop, is it empty, hard, soft, full, squishy, doughy, airy, liquid filled, etc.?
Vomiting fluids is often a like a crop issue or blockage. I would take a look inside the beak just to make sure that's clear of any obstruction.
The poop is liquid, no solids, so a little is coming out, but he may have blockage in the intestines somewhere.
Try to determine if the crop is emptying. I would make water available, but not press him to eat at this time.

Doing flips does sound like it could be Wry Neck too, but the vomiting would be the most worrisome thing. Which Rooster Booster are you giving? If it's Poultry Cell, that should have Vitamin E, B1 and Niacin so that's what you want for treating that.

Since you mention that he seemed slow/different from the beginning, sadly, he may have some developmental issues that are starting to show as he's growing. Let's hope not and that the crop is not emptying and you can get that straightened out.
