My Duckling

We got our ducks about 5 weeks ago and we got 5 . two Indian runners and white ducks , one of my white little ducks has a bent neck . She always looks with her head tilted , will she be ok ? we have them in a kids swimming pool with shavings which are changed 2-3 times aday they are getting big LOL . I need to get a house for them soon they are starting to get there feathers , how old should they be when we have them go out side . Its been pretty rainy and Im in Mass .
