My ducklings are balding!

Help my ducklings are balding! They are only three weeks old. It just started three days ago. At first I thought the ducks were picking at each other (I only have 2 ducks). It started on the neck, the front and the back. Now today i've noticed it's gotten worse. They now have lost spots of hair on other parts of their body. I looked some information up the first day just incase it wasn't the picking and some articles said it might be from their bedding being wet. I now worry and have been changing their bedding everyday. What could be wrong or anything I should do to help prevent and stop this?

If you can get some good pictures of your 2 ducklings? Usually at the age they are they can look pretty bald they are losing their down so hopefully what your seeing is normal. What breed? If Pekins or yellow ducklings that can even make it look worse because of their color.
