Your peanuts look to me like either Production Reds or Rhode Island Reds.

We always use the Peanuts for dinner.

They do tend to use good eating breeds as peanuts! My first exposure to Black Australorps was due to them being used as packing peanuts. They were so good-natured and laid-back for roosters that I had a hard time butchering them out. I ended up keeping my favorite instead of the EE roo I'd bought - he was such a jerk that I had NO problem giving up on future generations of clear blue/green eggs. lol
