Is that a 250 watt bulb? It may get too hot, I like the 125 watt. How many ducks are you brooding?

I am not sure but I bought it at the feed store? I raised it so the temp is good. I monitored it all day yesterday and made notes of the temp. The ducklings arrived and they are running all around eating and drinking!!! They appear very happy.
