My Ducklings keep dying

I think a necropsy done on the next duckling (Hopefully not) is your best bet, sometimes we are able to narrow down the cause of death, but it's hard with your case since there weren't many previous symptoms before death.

Is the bulb Teflon coated?
 
No worries. I always put feed in the bowl in the morning and leave it out all day so they can eat throughout the day if they don't eat it all . Then I give them more in the evening when I lock them in for the night

Yeah I'll keep my fingers crossed that the remaining 9 stay healthy. This is making me a little nervous bc I'm supposed to get a few new ducks from our neighbor next week. The bulb is one of the red 250 w ones. I'll attach a pic of the box.
