My Ducks are chasing my rooster

Hello!
My ducks and chickens have been homed together for about a year, and just recently my ducks started chasing my rooster. Is the only way to solve this to separate them? They leave the hens alone, so far, its just the rooster they don't like. Thanks!

Okay, Yea he doesn't even stand up for himself. the ducks definitely rule. I just don't want them to hurt him or stress him out. Thank you for your response
