My Ducks are past due. As a first timer what do I do?

It is day 31 for my duck eggs. Incubator is consistent at 38 degrees Celsius and humidity has been kept at 55-60%. I can still see movement but I can't tell if the ducks have pokes through the inner membrane of the egg. Any advice would be appreciated.
