I feed my ducks Purina duck feed, lots of Kale and Chard. They also get mealworms and cracked corn in the winter. I heard vinegar is bad for them but don’t quote me. Kale I read is the best in the winter months when there isn’t much grass for them to pick on while in your yard. I hope they get better soon!

I've never heard anything about vinegar helping but I am not sure. You should be in good hands with Isaac. It will help to know what you are feeding them, and maybe just to see some pictures of the ducks. And also any symptoms they are showing. You said they are sick but that doesn't really say much.

Did you put apple cider vinegar in their water? Or regular vinegar. I just searched and found some threads about giving apple cider vinegar into their water in very small quantities but couldn't find anything on normal vinegar. I don't think I would put anything in their water if I was you I think its important for them to have clean water. Maybe when Isaac responds he will know something about vinegar. At least if you did put vinegar in their water also offer them a normal water dish because they might not want to drink the vinegar water due to taste, and it is very important for them to stay hydrated.

Small amounts of AC vinegar is ok for them, but I agree they should have clean water if they are sick. I read something about sugar water to help hydrate them, but they should see a vet if they are sick.

- how old are they?
- how many? Are they all sick?
- what is their enclosure like?
- what are you currently feeding them?
- Do they have free access to food or do you feed at certain times? How much food is offered?
- Do they have an adequate clean water source they can dunk their heads in?
- were you using apple cider vinegar or just plain white vinegar? - stop either way until you can figure out what's wrong with them
- what's wrong with them? what's making you feel like they're sick? What are they doing/not doing?
