This solution may work but it may be difficult if the ducks aren't used to being handled.
When I introduced my girls to their 70 gallon tank I picked up the boss hen and placed her on the bottom of the ramp. I didn't let go of her and I kind of bopped up her the ramp to the edge of the pool. I held her there so she could see the water. Then I placed her gently in the water. It didn't take long for her partner in crime to notice and just go up the ramp. And then everyone else followed.
I watched to make sure they figured out how to get out of the water.
I did it a few more times over the next couple of days with a different duck each time.. But they didn't really need it. They had already figured it all out.
