I have 2 Muscovy ducks, one is 1 month old and she’s really tiny and the oTher is 4 months old and he is hugeee. I’ve kept them infront of each other in their seperate cages for many weeks so they can get used to each other but they can’t get each other, but whenever they’re together the 4 month old one tries to kill it, he’s so viscious towards the little one. What do I do or what are some good tips

X2 at keeping them seperate.
Once the female has reached maturity, the male will go from being hostile/ignoring her to wooing her. If everything goes as it should, they will then form a bond and become a pair. So keep them separate for another 2-3 months.
What if they’re both guys, will they still fight once they’re the same size or will they become friends

I do not have two boys but I know that they will fight over females. You need to have a few female to each male to help prevent them fighting. I have 3 ducks to 1 drake.

Drakes can get along if there are no females, but you won't know until they are old enough to be together.
If they don't get along, then you would have to decide what to do then. Either give one away and get some females or one goes to freezer camp and get some females for the other one.
If the young one happens to be a female, you will still want to get a few more females so the one doesn't get overmated.
