my duck's leg is shaking!

hey, my duck is shivering on one of her legs when standing on the other and panting it is very hot where I live almost 100 degrees at the moment but she is an indoor duck so she has access to air conditioning all the time. she also is new to laying eggs today would be her 8th egg so I'm wondering if that's the cause maybe she's stressed because of laying? and also she has been panting more recently lately usually she used to pant when it's hot or when she is thirsty and when I turn on the ac or give her water it goes away but now even with the ac on and her drinking ice water all the time she is still panting and shivering at times. and she only pants when she's sitting down or trying to sleep the rest of the day when she's up playing she doesn't do it. i have attached a video hopefully it's going to work.
