My e-mail does not show up with my post?

It used to and I do not know what happened? I went to my profile and it is there. Can the mods help me out on this one please?

In the Privacy tab of your profile, you have the "Hide My Email and Disallow Form Email" radio button checked.
You can change your privacy options there.
