My EE finally laid!!!

These 2 eggs are from my barred EE hen. She laid one Sunday and one today. I'm not really sure what color they are. The are the same eggs in different light took with my iPhone and flash.

Congrats! How old are they? Mine took forever too! May to December for two of them,till February for one and still one hold out! Worth the waut though. Right? Pretty colors!

Looks like what people call an olive egger. I have 3 EE's; two lay blue and the third a light brown. No olive egger here. I'm jealous.

Bantum is just related to the size not the breed right? She was probably a mix herself. Had to have some green egg breed in there at some point I believe.
