My E e hen has resperitory issues I have clyndomicyn 300 mg capsules human no vets will help don't see chickens, I bet they eat it and eggs lol sorry needed to vent can I give her this? Please help

I bought a flock from a young boy they free ranged with him long story short here did not takecare of any of them they all have something bless them she holds her neck up and opens her mouth as she's trying to breathe, I ordered gape worm meds but I'm afraid it's her breathing
